Plan about an hour and a half to enjoy chopping and conversation.
Plan on doing this frequently with family and friends.

Wouldn't you rather eat your calories ?
Wouldn't you like get most of your water from vegetables and fruits rather that from a plastic bottle?
Succeed:
Eat close to a pound of greens and vegetables every day.
Cook steel cut oats with different fruits for breakfast.
Enjoy different legumes: mung beans, lentils, adzuki.
Top some of your meals with a fistful of nuts or seeds.
As a general rule drink only water.
Do not keep sweet drinks in the house.
Savor the first bite of every meal.
Relish good bread as a treat not a staple.
Develop a healthy relationship with food.
